Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By installing or using LEAPTRX you agree to these terms and confirm you are aged 13 and over. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Teen protections. If you are under 18, people you don't know nearby can't see you, only your contacts can message you, and your profile isn't shared with people you don't know. Your age range comes from your phone's age features or a one-time question; only the range is kept, on your device.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to send, post or share, in messages, profiles or groups:
- harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech;
- sexual content involving minors, or unwanted sexual or violent content;
- spam, scams, or impersonation of a person or organisation;
- illegal content, content that infringes anyone's rights, or malware, or anything that interferes with other users' devices or networks.
Users who break these rules can be blocked by anyone they contact and removed from groups by group admins, and reports about them are acted on within 24 hours by removing them from LEAPTRX.
Reporting. In the app, tap Report on a person, message, message request, profile or group member. This blocks them on your device at once and lets you email the report to support@dividedbits.com; only what you choose is sent. We run no servers for LEAPTRX, so we cannot see, remove or block content on anyone's device. We review every report and reply as soon as we can. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services.
