Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Holio is a physics puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android, published by Divided Bits ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the game handles information.
2. Data we collect
None. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, usage analytics or crash reports. The game has no user accounts and no server of ours.
3. Information stored on your device
- Progress: levels reached, stars, which levels you unlocked and your settings (sound, vibration).
- Purchase state: whether you own the Full Game, confirmed with the App Store or Google Play.
Uninstalling the game removes all of it.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows rewarded ads only, and only when you tap a button to watch one. There are no banners and no ads that interrupt play. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve, limit and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google's software in the game may collect device and app information such as device model and operating system, an app-scoped identifier, IP address (used for coarse location), and how you interact with the ads.
- The game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, so your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared. On Android, Google may use the device's advertising ID as your device settings allow; you can reset or delete it in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choices before the first ad; you can change them later under Settings › Ad privacy choices.
- Google's use of this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Buying the Full Game turns all ads off.
5. Purchases
The optional Full Game purchase is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) as merchant of record, under their privacy policies. We never receive your payment details, only the stores' standard aggregated sales reports.
6. Children
The game is made for all ages: you guide a ball into a cartoon black hole; there is no violence. It has no chat or contact with other people, and ads only play when a player chooses to watch one. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on our side. For the data Google processes for ads, see Google's privacy controls linked above; in the EEA/UK you can also change your consent in the game's settings. This approach is consistent with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, LGPD, APPI, PIPA and KVKK.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version at this URL.
